Swagelok Helsinki organizes a supplier presentation on the income angle, safety in hydrogen systems

In the two-day event, the first day is reserved for the private use of the national Hydrogen Cluster, but on the second day, April 13, 2023, our customers are warmly welcome to the mini fair, hydrogen safety seminar and lunch between 9:00 and 15:00.

Seminars will be held on April 13, 2023, at 10am and 1pm, which can also be attended via Teams. At our office in Koivuhaka, Vantaa, you can talk to our experts about the design of hydrogen systems and get to know our hydrogen-compatible product series.

Welcome to get to know Swagelok® hydrogen solutions, at our booth B17, at the Vaasa Gas Exchange event.

The Vaasa Gas Exchange (VGE) is an international networking event for energy experts, focusing on natural gas and renewable gases in all forms for power generation, transport and shipping. VGE will be held for the sixth time in 2023. VGE is the biggest networking event for the gas industry in the Nordics.

The event is held in the energy cluster of Vaasa. The energy cluster holds a number of companies and actors which together innovate and develop solutions and concepts for Smart Energy; public transportation using biogas, biogas stations, a new collaborative centre of research, product development and manufacturing to mention a few. This year, as in several previous years, we have transferred the funds allocated for Christmas greetings to Children Finland´s Christmas appeal.

The funds are used to support children and young people from low-income families in their studies and hobbies.

Our staff also annually invests their own Christmas gift budget in a jointly selected domestic charity campaign.  Take part in our tradition and get to know Children Finland´s Christmas appeal!

Transition to Dual-Certified 316/316L Stainless Steel for General Industrial Fittings

Effective January 1, 2022, all stainless steel orders placed for general industrial fittings will be made from Dual-Certified 316/316L stainless steel material as standard.

The move to dual-certified material has no effect on the form, fit, or function of Swagelok products.
The chemistry of our dual-certified 316/316L stainless steel meets ASTM’s lower carbon specification for 316L stainless steel while simultaneously achieving the mechanical and chemical properties for both 316 and 316L materials.

Swagelok continues to use elevated levels of nickel and chromium in its dual-certified 316/316L stainless steel material for superior corrosion resistance while complying with ASTM specifications A479 and A182.

In summary, Swagelok dual-certified 316/316L stainless steel satisfies customer applications for both grades.
